Calendar Data Health Check

The Tempus health check assesses the current state of calendar data sourcing, maintenance and distribution across an organisation's IT infrastructure and seeks to answer the following questions:

 

• What are the systems using calendar or trading hours data in your organisation?

• Is calendar data synchronised between systems, or different instances of the same system?

• Does your organisation’s subscription to calendar data meet the requirements of all consuming systems?

• Are all data updates applied correctly and in good time?

• Is there a central point of control for the data?

• Is the data correct?

• Are there legitimate reasons for discrepancies between system data and golden copy?

• Are processes duplicated in different locations for different systems?

 

Data discrepancies, control and process issues will be documented and plans provided for tactical remediation and, if needed, strategic operational support.
